Die Haplogruppe F ist in der Humangenetik eine Haplogruppe der Mitochondrien.
Haplogruppe F ist auf Asien beschränkt und kommt in China, sowieJapan vor. Sie wurde nicht in Amerika gefunden[1]. Sie ist Nachkomme der Haplogruppe R.
